All orders are shipped via Australia Post using the Parcel Post service.
For orders under $25 a flat shipping fee of $8.00 will apply.
For orders under $100 a flat shipping fee of $10.00 will apply.
All Slides and Rocking Horses will be sent via a courier service.

Estimated delivery time within Australia is 3-5 business days.
If you have not received your package within 10 business days of placing your order please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name and order details and we will look into your delivery immediately.
All international orders will be shipped via Australia Post with order tracking.

Unfortunately we are unable to send furniture, slides or rocking horses internationally.
Honey Tree Baby does not offer returns or exchanges on sale items or for change of mind, so please choose carefully.
All items are thoroughly inspected before leaving our warehouse. However, in the unlikely event that you have received an item which has a manufacturing fault or is incorrect to the one you purchased, please contact us immediately. We will issue a full refund or exchange on return of the product/s back to Honey Tree Baby.

Once your return is received, we will contact you via email to notify you that we have received your returned item/s and include further details regarding your refund or replacement.
Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange on sale items unless the item/s are faulty.
We reserve the right to refuse any returned item/s that have been purposely damaged or if they are not in new condition and in the original packaging.
We ask that you return your item/s using trackable postage methods, as we cannot accept responsibility for items that are not received and that are unable to be traced.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
